After graduating from NYU with a Master's Degree in Art History and Management, Masha joined Bitforms, New York's pioneering gallery in new media art, and then the Performa Biennial of performance art. Later on, at Andras Szanto LLC, a leading brand and сulture strategy consultancy headquartered in New York, Masha worked on such important projects as the BMWArt Journey, Audemars Piguet Art Initiative and Davidoff Arts. As part of Andras Szanto LLC, Masha co-created the first in the field scholarly survey, titled 'Culture Projects', exploring the impact of artist-brand collaborations. In her next role, as Director of Communications at .ART domain zone, a London-based global community brand Masha repositioned the brand in the global market (US, CN, EU) through innovative ideation while generating incremental brand awareness and client reach.
